Junior Sales Development Representative

Ibtdara is looking for a highly communicative and proactive Junior Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team.

This role will focus primarily on qualifying and managing inbound leads . You will be among the first points of contact for potential customers, understanding their requirements, identifying genuine sales opportunities, and ensuring qualified leads are passed to the appropriate senior sales representative.

This is a high-volume role suited for someone who is confident, energetic, organized, and excellent at communicating with potential customers .

Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen high volumes of inbound leads .
  
• Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.
  
• Understand the prospect's requirements and determine their level of interest and suitability.
  
• Separate and prioritize qualified/high-potential leads from low-quality or unqualified inquiries.
  
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
  
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
  
• Pass qualified leads to senior sales representatives for further sales discussions.
  
• Ensure leads are followed up with professionally and within the required timeframe.
  
• Meet assigned lead qualification and response-time targets .
  

Requirements

• Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and English , both spoken and written.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
  
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and identify genuine opportunities.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and repetitive outreach without compromising quality.
  
• Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
  
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, tele-sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
  
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and the right attitude may also be considered.
  

Preferred

• Experience working with CRMs or lead management systems .
  
• Experience qualifying inbound leads or handling high-volume customer inquiries.
  
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
