Boutique/ Store Manager | Luxury Retail | Saudi Arabia

A prestigious international luxury watch brand is preparing to open a new boutique in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia , and is seeking an experienced and accomplished Boutique Manager to lead the boutique’s commercial performance, client experience, team development, and day-to-day operations.

Key Accountabilities

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Lead the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs and take appropriate action to maximize performance.
• Identify opportunities to grow the boutique’s client base and strengthen its position within the Riyadh luxury market.
• Maintain an active presence on the sales floor and personally support high-value and strategic transactions.

VIP Clienteling & Business Development

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with VIP, VVIP, and high-net-worth clients.
• Proactively develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, events, and personalized outreach.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of key clients, including their preferences, purchasing history, and future requirements.
• Ensure consistent and professional follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
• Leverage an established network within the Saudi luxury market to generate new business opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the boutique sales team.
• Establish clear individual objectives and monitor performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular sales briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure the team maintains excellent knowledge of luxury watch collections, products, brand heritage, and luxury selling techniques.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, performance-driven, and client-focused boutique culture.

Boutique Operations

• Oversee all day-to-day boutique operations and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
• Ensure the highest standards of boutique presentation, grooming, visual merchandising, product display, and overall client experience.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movements, product security, and relevant operational controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with management and relevant support teams regarding boutique requirements, stock, client requests, events, and operational matters.

Brand Representation

• Act as an ambassador for the luxury brand and consistently represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and sophistication.
• Ensure every client interaction reflects the standards expected within an international haute horlogerie environment.
• Develop strong knowledge of the luxury watch market, competitors, industry developments, and client trends in Saudi Arabia.

We are Looking for

• 3–5 years of relevant management experience within a luxury watch or fine jewellery boutique.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial and sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing luxury retail teams.
• Strong experience managing VIP, VVIP, and high-net-worth clientele .
• Excellent clienteling, networking, and relationship-management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi luxury retail market, preferably Riyadh .
• An established network and/or client portfolio within the Saudi luxury market is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A sophisticated, polished, and professional presentation appropriate for a high-luxury boutique environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English .
• Flexibility to work according to luxury retail trading hours and business requirements.
