We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B IT Field Sales Representative to visit companies, organizations, factories, retail businesses, and other potential clients across the city.

The representative will introduce our business technology solutions, understand the client’s operational challenges, generate qualified sales opportunities, arrange system demonstrations, prepare proposals, and follow up with clients until the deal is successfully closed.

Key Responsibilities

Field Visits and Lead Generation

Visit companies and businesses across the assigned city.
Conduct at least two to four qualified business visits per working day.
Identify potential clients who may benefit from the company’s systems.
Approach decision-makers, including business owners, general managers, finance managers, HR managers, IT managers, operations managers, and maintenance managers.
Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, business events, social media, and professional networks.

Client Consultation

Introduce the company and its technology solutions professionally.
Understand the client’s current systems, business processes, operational challenges, and future requirements.
Conduct an initial digital maturity and business needs assessment.
Identify gaps that can be solved through ERP, CRM, HR, CMMS, or other digital solutions.
Recommend the most suitable system modules based on the client’s needs.
Position the company as a technology and digital transformation partner, not only a software vendor.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

Schedule online or on-site system demonstrations with qualified clients.
Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams before demonstrations.
Prepare customized presentations based on the client’s industry and requirements.
Explain the business value, expected benefits, implementation process, and return on investment.
Answer client questions and handle initial sales objections professionally.

Proposals and Deal Management

Prepare and send commercial proposals and quotations.
Follow up with clients after meetings, presentations, and system demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, scope, payment terms, and contract conditions in coordination with management.
Maintain continuous communication with potential clients until a final decision is made.
Support the contract-signing and first-payment collection process.
Coordinate the handover of new clients to the implementation and customer success teams.

CRM and Reporting

Record every visit, call, meeting, lead, and follow-up activity in the CRM system.
Update each opportunity with its current stage, expected value, next action, and expected closing date.
Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Prepare a weekly field visit plan.
Maintain accurate records of proposals, negotiations, client feedback, and lost opportunities.
Report market feedback, competitors, pricing concerns, and client requirements to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, software sales, IT sales, ERP sales, or business solutions is preferred.
Good understanding of business operations and company departments.
Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior managers and business owners.
Ability to understand client challenges and convert them into sales opportunities.
Good written and spoken English.
Professional Arabic communication skills.
Ability to prepare professional emails, proposals, and follow-up messages.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
Ability to work independently and organize daily field visits.
Strong follow-up skills and commitment to achieving targets.
Must have a laptop and smartphone suitable for work.
A valid driving license and access to transportation are strongly preferred.
